In this study, researchers from China evaluated the effectiveness of integrative medicine (IM) on patients with coronary artery disease (CAD) and investigated the prognostic factors of CAD in a real-world setting. The results of their study were published in the Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine.
Based on these findings, the researchers concluded that IM therapy can decrease the incidence of revascularization and potentially reduce the incidence of cardiac death or MI in CAD patients in a real-world setting.
